The Best $3 you'll ever spend on this subject

I bought this book as I read this author's EXCELLENT section in the Men's Health book on Cardio Strength Training (By Robert Dos Remedios - also well worth a look by the way). It was so simple, practical and concise I wanted to read more.
I bought this book 40 mins ago and have read it cover to cover. His six pillars of nutrition are simple, science-based and he avoids all the faddish nonsense that people who write 'diet' books normally aim for.
His section on organic food is very good and even includes a list the fruit/veg that are best to buy as organic (The Dirty Dozen) and the ones you don't need to waste the extra dollars on (The Clean Fifteen). Brilliant.
I've lost count of the health/nutrition/fat loss books I've read, and as far as I am concerned this is the best $3 and 40 mins you'll ever spend on a book on the subject.

Dr. Roussell has a very simple and effective method

Dr. Mike Roussell has explained his method of fat loss and healthy living very well in this short and sweet book. The 6 Pillars of Nutrition could have been explained in much more scientific detail if that was his goal, but instead Roussell speaks a language we can understand and gives information that can be put to use immediately.
As a trainer, Roussell and his methods have impacted the approach I take with my clients and I highly recommend this book to anyone who has struggled with weight loss and is ready for a better solution.

Body nutrition requirements explained in simplest form

I like simplicity of the book. Its just 30 pages and yet explains nutrition very well. Suggests diet that can be easily followed and see results.
